Water Fasting Calc is an educational website. Calculator results, articles, FAQs, and digital products provide general information about water fasting and weight change. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional healthcare.

Use of the calculator

The calculator is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. Calculations run locally in your browser; we do not store your inputs on our servers.

You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish the calculator or its outputs in a way that misrepresents our methodology or implies medical endorsement.

Digital products

Paid PDF planners and guides are sold through third-party checkout (Polar). Pricing, delivery, and refunds for digital purchases are handled according to the checkout provider's policies and the product description on the purchase page.

Digital products are licensed for personal use unless otherwise stated. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

Advertising
